You pay a once off set up fee then monthly maintenance payments for the hosting, renewals, general maintenance, site submissions and usual ongoing updates. Complete redesign during the life of your website by prior agreement. I do not take on hundreds of clients, preferring just a few to keep us both going strong!
Although I have a very small handful of new clients, most of my clients have been with me for years now and most are referrals from existing clients.
